Job Description

1. To assist patient with activities daily living including shower, grooming, transferring, lifting, feeding, exercise according to customize plan.
2. To be able to transport and escorting patients for leisure outside activities or appointments.
3. To encourage patient to take proper meals and adequate fluids while abiding patient’s right to refuse or choice.
4. To be able to maintain patient’s daily records; Medication administration, leisure activities, any changes of conditions, emotional conditions etc.
5. To follow policy and procedure in any emergency situations and respond as per needed.
6. Able to provide emotional support and encourage to carry out necessary tasks.

Job Requirements

Job Description

1. To provide professional nursing services and patient care.
2. Follows established nursing process, including patient assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
3. Ensures adherence to policies and nursing procedures, standards, and practices.
4. Performs assessment and evaluation of new and existing patients to determine nursing process.
5. Administers prescribed medications, applies sterile dressings, performs phlebotomy, and vital signs.
6. Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
7. May perform specialized nursing procedures related to the unique needs of a particular patient.

1. Mus registered with Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia (LJM) board
2. Diploma/Degree Certificate
3. Computer literate
4. Valid driving license
5. Willing to travel to different locations in KL
6. Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate
